Install: download the zip, unzip it, open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, then Load unpacked and select the folder that contains manifest.json. There is no toolbar popup — open claude.ai or chatgpt.com and refresh; the desk is the side panel on that page. Keep this unzipped folder. If you reinstall, paste the same license key again. Cloud sync is on the web roadmap — not in the first paid unlock.
